DESIGN MEETS PURPOSE
Growing up, I always thought I'd improve lives, perhaps as a therapist or kindergarten teacher. For several reasons, I pivoted towards design. Little did I know I would get to create for people and impact lives with my product ideas. UX design ignited this passion, and I became committed to making a positive difference, one intervention at a time.
This passion pushed me to spur innovation and accelerate business growth through user-centric design, whether at startups or Fortune 100 companies. Four years later, craving a deeper understanding, I pursued a master's in Research and Strategic Design at SCAD. This has empowered me to create scalable solutions leveraging systems thinking and product strategy.
Guided by compassion (and a touch of pragmatism), my strengths include idealism, resilience, and the ability to envision a better future. I am committed to using these strengths to evaluate problems at a human level, employ empathy to understand and solve complexity, and help businesses flourish while keeping the user at the heart of the solution.
While my design process changes as per project needs, the mantra that guides my design approach is bold vision, incremental steps, and continuous improvement.
CORE VALUES
01
I believe my inner vision, personal values, and a quiet, principled version of humanism guide me in all things. Honesty and respect are paramount!
02
I seek authenticity and a deeper understanding beyond surface level. I deeply value genuine connections and compassion in all my relationships.
03
I crave a sense of purpose and meaning in everything I do. I value living with intention, working towards fulfillment, and desire to contribute to something towards the greater good.
04
I strive to use my strengths to make the world a better place, out of an altruistic desire to make a meaningful impact. I am very passionate about creating mission-driven products.

Traveling
In 2022, I wrote myself a letter from my future self and made a vision board, filled with predictions. One of them was about the incredible travel experiences I'd have in 2023, meeting amazing people during my master's program.
That vision became reality! I explored six states across the US in 2023, but this particular memory holds a special place in my heart. Months later, I realized it was the exact picture I'd put on my vision board. It's moments like these that remind me of life's magic.

Painting
Everyone knew me as the "artsy kid" back in school, design seemed like a natural career choice years later. I was also a business and economics class topper, UX design turned out to be the perfect blend, letting me be creative and analytical at the same time.
But somewhere along the way, I put down the paintbrush for a good eight years. Lockdown finally gave me the time to pick it back up, and this painting was my first creation in a long time. It is not my best work, but it's special to me. It reminds me why I love what I do!

Reading
Out of all the books I read this year, I'd give this one to my 5-year-old self in a heartbeat. It shows how even mistakes, like a coffee stain, can be turned into something beautiful. Or maybe just a funny doodle!
This book reminds me that life is a beautiful adventure full of surprises. We mess up sometimes, and that's okay! It just makes the journey intriguing. It's a reminder to take things seriously but also have fun along the way. This approach translates to my work as well.
